On Our Own of Charlottesville to continue to providing services for our mental health community.

We provide PACSS services in partnership with Region Ten Community Services Board. Together we provide intensive street outreach and engagement services. We take it to the streets to meet individual needs for treatment, recovery, and support. Persons involved in PACSS services have typically not responded well to traditional supports or interventions and they usually need more intensive services than the center alone provides.

Our PACSS staff personally attends the needs of many. She provides positive social interaction with those who need that extra helping hand; to get food, services, or maybe just a willing ear to listen over a cup of coffee. PACSS is a necessary and vital part of our consumer outreach system.
