Text Box: On Our Own has one staff person working directly at Western State Hospital. He establishes a rapport with and support services for patients from our region, who are currently in treatment at Western State Psychiatric Hospital. Our liaison offers hope and respect to patients through peer-support groups and one-on-one visits. He also educates patients about options, programs, and services that are available upon discharge. Our Recovery Facilitator helps with the transition from hospital to the community.
