This person’s sole responsibility is to establish rapport and support services with patients from our region currently in treatment at Western State Psychiatric Hospital. Read more ? Together we provide intensive street outreach and engagement services to meet individual needs for treatment. Read more ? Text Box: Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH). This outreach effort focuses on individuals dealing with mental health issues who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Read more ? Text Box: Peer Participation: All members and staff have been consumers of mental health services at different points on their own path to recovery. We are peers in what is known as a consumer movement. Ones’ level of participation is determined by his or her own goals. Individuals choose forms of assistance they need as they take part in the centers community of support and safety.
