On Our Own has one staff person funded by Western State Hospital who works at the hospital. This person’s responsibility is to establish rapport with patients and provide support and community transition services for patients from our region currently in treatment at Western State Psychiatric Hospital. Our PATH services are also funded by and in partnership with our Region Ten counterparts. This outreach effort focuses on individuals dealing with mental health issues who are also homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
